Five Year Unlimited Warranty

At Hyperikon, we put significant time and effort into design LED lights that stand the test of time. So, if they don’t, we want to know about it.

We pride ourselves in our impeccable customer service. Our Five Year Unlimited Warranty covers a wide variety of mishaps and performance guarantees.

  • This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, re-installation, or any associated costs. 
  • This warranty covers normal and approved use, we do not warranty items that are damaged by misuse or negligence. The warranty covers products to normal use on approved voltage levels specified for each product. 
  • Alterations to our bulbs or fixtures voids this warranty. 
  • Hyperikon promises and warrants to the original purchaser of the product covered by this warranty that the product will be free from defects in both material and workmanship which cause the product to fail to operate as advertised for a period of five years from date of original purchase.
  • Hyperikon’s Warranty is non-transferable.

We hold that our LED lights should last up to 45,000+hrs, so if at any time within the first five years after the date of purchase you are not fully satisfied with the performance of your Hyperikon product, we will work with you to fix the problem or simply replace the product.

Please Note:

Products purchased through third-party vendors have limited warranty. Authorized methods of purchase are; Amazon.com (Sold by Hyperikon), Hyperikon.com, Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, and Wayfair.com. If you purchased your items on Amazon before 2016, we do not have the option to provide a partial nor full refund. Amazon has updated their portal and archived all orders older than 2016, therefore disabling access to see much less refund said orders. Please contact us for further details.

Items sent as replacement orders may have slightly blemished or scuffed boxes. We are environmentally conscious and we reuse boxes and refurbish products that had minor defects to diminish the amount of waste. 

Before giving us a call about a warranty claim, please review the following:

Rattling LED Lights

If your LED light or fixture is rattling upon delivery, this means that the chip, driver, or other internal component has been made to become loose. The light may still operate, but you are eligible for a warranty claim as this may compromise the longevity of the light.

LED Light is Incorrect Size or Color

If you find at any time during the installation process that the product you purchased is the incorrect size or color for your fixture or space, you may return your lights directly to us at your cost for an exchange or full refund.

LED Lights Flicker or Buzz When Dimmed

We understand that flickering and buzzing is annoying, but there are many factors that could be causing these problems. Our customer service representatives are standing by 24/7 to troubleshoot these types of issues. If it is concluded that you received defective LED lights, we will replace them per our Five Year Unlimited Warranty.

Deformed, Damaged, or Destroyed Lights or Fixtures

Sometimes things go wrong when products are in shipment causing damage to your products, though this is never our intention. In these instances, please contact us right away to describe your issue and we will send you a new product straight away.
