LED lighting is a relatively new technology. This can cause issues such as buzzing and flickering when LED’s are installed in older buildings with fixtures, wiring and circuitry built for traditional lighting such as fluorescent and incandescent. When making the switch to LED, you may need to evaluate the compatibility of your circuitry to accommodate new lights.
If you are experiencing buzzing or flickering while dimming your LED lights, please ensure that you are using a dimmer that is compatible with LED products. Alternatively, use a non-dimmable light switch. This usually alleviates the issue entirely.
