​How to Use Live Video Support

We’ve recently introduced a new feature to help make installation even easier: live video support! Now you have the ability to engage in a live video session with our customer service team whenever you need another pair of eyes on your installation or order. 

How It Works

It’s simple! Our video support is integrated with our Hyperikon Customer Chat feature.

  1. Begin a chat with our customer service team and request video support.
  2. Your customer service representative will send you a link via text to access the video call.
  3. Click the link and get started! Accessing live support will require an app download.

In addition to the live video, your customer service representative will be able to direct you with their cursor, share their screen, and even view images you share with them.
